 Stanley F. Wilson, J.D.  is a seasoned M&A professional who combines his executive experience as the former CEO, General Counsel and Chairman of numerous public companies with his business combination expertise to facilitate M&A and corporate finance transactions for private and public companies. 

While available to all sectors, Mr. Wilson has placed an emphasis in matters affecting the retail automotive sector by completing transactions in all segments including new car franchised, independent and buy-here-pay-here dealerships as well as used motor oil collection and the recycling of all automotive waste streams including scrap metal, tires, batteries, solvents, oil filters and UMO.  In the course of the more than thirty five (35) going public transactions completed, Mr. Wilson has also facilitated business combinations in oil and gas, telecommunications, specialty finance and insurance while specializing in reverse merger transactions with existing public companies. 

Mr. Wilson is a 1974 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law and is an active member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
